Electrostatic field powder is a technology of coating metals, which is done by the technology of applying dry paint particles through the electrostatic field. No hazardous chemicals are used in this application process. Powder-based paints have a very low content of volatile organic compounds and are not harmful to health and the environment.
Electrostatic painting is a superior technology for applying a paint to other technologies, in the form of powder, on metal surfaces that are subsequently heat treated, thus ensuring a long resistance to wear and abrasion, resistance to oxidation.
The main reason for preferring powder coating technology is the clearly superior adhesion of the paint to the treated metal surface, as well as the much better uniformity of the paint layer.
Minor influence on the environment
The electrostatic powder coating process can produce thicker layers of paint than the conventional process, as it does not run on the painted parts and does not form accumulations of paint. Thus, there are no differences between horizontally and vertically painted surfaces. Regarding the environment, it is important to note that electrostatic painting removes very few volatile organic compounds.
Powder coating has the following advantages over conventional liquid coatings:

• immediate use (does not require additional work on grinding and mixing).
• very wide range of colors, gloss and matte, as well as various visual effects of colors.
• the possibility of using and adding new paint, due to the composition of 100 percent dry solid particles.
