ALTAL geothermal heat pumps (ground-water and water-water) are high quality heat pumps produced in the Republic of Moldova and Moldova. All ALTAL heat pumps are produced with DC Inverter compressors, using EVI (steam injection) technology which gives the possibility to obtain a high efficiency efficiency compared to other systems. Circulation pumps are DC variable speed inverter, made of bronze. High-grade stainless steel plate heat exchangers are specially oversized to achieve greater efficiency and a wider range of functionality.
Geothermal heat pumps are an energy efficient system for heating and cooling homes, but also for preparing hot water (DHW).
The geothermal heat pump (ground-water or water-water) uses the energy from the ground (geothermal energy) to produce heat or to cool the house. The geothermal heat pump operates on a closed circuit, consisting of a heat pump, geothermal drilling which is a system of vertical or horizontal collectors and depends on the existing land surface and the geodetic study and the heating system of the building. The thermal output is from 7 to 43 kW in the single compressor version and 16-90 kW in the two compressor version. Cascade systems are used for powers from 100 kW to 1000 kW.
